Carnival Wall of Moments

Internet access at sea is a pain point on cruise ships. Satellite cost is high and latency is frustrating. Many cruisers embrace the opportunity to disconnect, but the desire to socially share an amazing experience persists. To help fill this social void, we developed a free onboard experience to let them share and like fellow cruisers' photos using their mobile devices, then see them larger than life on the Lido Deck jumbotron. The experience was launched on Carnival Breeze in late 2013 and will roll out fleetwide in 2014.
